EXCERPRIZE - PROMOTIONAL EVENT

The ‘Tackling teenage obesity’ promotional event will take place in ‘The Gallery’ at De Montfort University, Leicester. The target audience of the event will be students aged 18 – 21. Through interactive, informative, and creative activities, the target audience will be informed on what obesity is, the causes and imposed health risks of the disease and finally, the prevention of the disease. They should go away from this event with an informed knowledge on the subject and a motivation to improve their lifestyles.

AIMS:

  • Create an appealing experience for students where they will gain knowledge on the
    subject, learnt through fun activities.

  • Create an appropriate branding for the space which will not only be memorable and appeal to 18-21 year olds but will also be visually appealing so that people would want to share their experience on social media.

  • Create an engaging all day experience/event that will educate the target audience on the dangers of obesity and how better lifestyles can prevent this.
